Discover Midtown’s only Aquatic Therapy Pool Facility. At Sutton Place Physical Therapy, patients of all ages receive unparalleled excellence in rehabilitative care. Each aquatic therapy session is supervised in our heated pool by a physical therapist. The pool is a comfortable place to perform exercises and activities that may be too difficult for you to do outside the pool and is frequently combined with land therapy to help patients achieve their goals in a shorter period of time.
Our heated pool has a Lift for easy pool access. The pool is 20 feet x 40 feet with a 3 ft shallow and 6ft deep end.

Aquatic therapy can be an excellent tool in your journey to recovery. Treatments provided in an aquatic setting allow easier transition to land based functional activities as the unique properties of water can allow participation in activities by clients who otherwise may be unable to tolerate exercise.
- 1:1 THERAPY
Through our 1:1 individualized aquatic physical therapy program, patients of all ages can utilize aquatic therapy with a Physical Therapist, right in the heart of Midtown East.
- Insurance
No prescription is needed to begin physical therapy treatment except for Medicare patients. Medicare does require prescription for a PT referral. All other insurances allow patients to be seen for 10 visits or one month without having a physician referral.
- AQUA THERAPY
Water has therapeutic properties which provide a comfortable environment to promote relaxation, decrease pain, increase range of motion, and flexibility.
